Streszczenie
The pathologic report should contains not only diagnosis but also characterics of a tumour including prognostic and predicting factors. In spite of intensive search for pathologic and predictive factors in breast carcinoma only a few of them have practical, clinical value. Important prognostic and predictive factors in breast carcinoma are histologic type, grade, pTNM, and ER and PGR receptors status as well as HER2 status.
