Streszczenie
After cessation of menstrual bleedings each occurance of spotting from uterus cavity is percived as a disfunction, raises patient and leading doctor´s worries. It is estimated that at present in Poland hormone replacement therapy is used only by small percentage of women in postmenopausal age. Precise judgement of endometrium by means of ultrasonography, carried out during continous hormone replacement therapy allows in many cases to avoid exposing patient to more invasive diagnostic methods.
The study presented begining observation of the influance of HRT, when 17 beta estradiol and levonorgestrel were used in a from of continuons combined HRT.
