Streszczenie
Summary
Buerger´s disease involves small and medium-size blood vessels mainly in lower extremities, and is most frequent in young male smokers. The main symptoms are paraesthesiae and coldness of foot and toes, as well as intermittent claudication. Angiography is the most reliable diagnostic tool. Treatment is mainly symptomatic.
