Summary
Most patients with Raynaud sign can be treated in outpatient services. In patients with mild symptoms only general means may be sufficient for preventing them. Usually the drugs of first choice are those with local action, as well as calcium channel blokers, nifedipine most frequently. Only few patients require surgical treatment, these are the cases of Raynaud syndrome.
