Streszczenie
According EuroTb report extrapulmonary tuberculosis is mean diagnosed in European population in 3-43% of patients with tuberculosis The cause of low incidence of extrapulmonary tuberculosis in Poland – for example 7,3% in 2007 may be underestimation or/and underreporting of such a forms. Scanty bacillary extrapulmonary tuberculosis needs to application of modern, fast and sensitive microbiological methods. Moreover the proper cooperation of clinicians and microbiologists is very important in achieving the diagnostic success.
