Samowychowanie fizyczne studentów litewskiej akademii policyjnej i jego efektywność

Streszczenie
According to the students wishes two programmes of physical self-training have been worked out. In one of them about 35 percent of time was allotted for the quickness training, in the other one the same amount of time was allotted for the andurance training. In the both groups 30 percent of time was allotted for the strength training and 15 percent of time was allotted for training of other physical qualities. Physical and functional strength of students who did not have physical self-training considerably decreased. Physical and functional strength of students with regular physical self-training constantly increased during all academic year round Therefore, our prepared differentiated physical self-training programe for the first year students of the Police academy of Lithuania is efficient and can be recommended for the first year students.
