Streszczenie
The aim of researches was qualification of relationship between health self-assessment and physical efficiencies and participation of women in supervisory medical investigations.
Researches over style of life of women in the age from 18 to 60 years in respect of was conducted in years 1993-1997 in western part of Poland, among 1537 inhabitants of cities and of villages. In accumulation of material one used the method of diagnostic survey with the use questionnaire and interview.
Interviewees did not undertake physical activity. Women estimating their own state of health as very good and good estimated their physical efficiency as high and average. Women estimating their state of health low were more eager to estimate their personal physical efficiency or found it difficult to estimate it. Interviewees estimating their personal physical efficiency and state of health as high underwent gynaecological investigations in the last year and dental control in the course as high on the last 6 months in comparison to women estimating their state of health and physical efficiency as low or those not able to estimate it.
