Streszczenie
It is believed that sport is good for one´s health. But for many record-seeking athletes such a point of view is rather ironic. Those athletes define the relationship between the two notions in a different way. They claim that health is subordinate to sport. A closer look at training practice proves that such tendencies prevailed in soccer training. According to many coaches achievements in sport are greatly determined by strength and fitness preparation.
Numerous research, including the one I carried out, prove that a success in soccer is also, if not substantially, determined by other factors. One of them is the „qualitative side of training loads”.
The research material consisted of soccer players from various age groups and of different level of professionalism.
The methods and techniques: „a rough matrix of training means coordination complexity”, a record of training loads basing on Koriagin and Wołokow technique, fitness tests.
The results of the research indicate that a significant increase in specialist abilities in soccer depends on (especially in the younger age groups) a coordination complexity of the training means used. Similar, though less significant correlation is visible in the groups of adult soccer players. At the same time the analysis of „model” training loads structures on well qualified soccer players proved that anaerobic-lactic acid exercises can be of much less significant influence, which is indicated by the percentage which ranges from 7 to 9% – in specific periods of the fitness preparation.
