Streszczenie
Analyses of causes of 392 premature labors was done. The labors occured between 28th and 37th week of gestation. The rate of premature labor was 6 per cent. Control group consisted of 392 patients who delivered between 38th and 42nd week of gestation in the same period of time. Special attention was paid to social-economic conditions, age, tobacco smoking, medical conditions predating pregnancy and current pregnancy complications.
