Streszczenie
Paracetamol is an analgesic commonly administered in children and adults in treatment for tumor pains. It is on the first step of WHO analgesic ladder as a basic non-opioid drug. It is also on the second and third step of analgesic ladder as an additional analgesic drug used in perforating pains together with opioid drugs. Administration of paracetamol is safe if the maximal dose 4 g per day is not exceeded.
