For a good start, I would like to share with you some positive news – “New Medicine” has received a KBN score of 20. I encourage you to continue publishing in our journal. It is one of the few journals where case reports are readily published. This is a valuable exchange of experience between doctors, especially in the case of atypical patients, for whom non-standard treatment is used.

The current issue is entirely devoted to incontinence. I recommend the article by Dr. Arkadiusz Kowalczyk and Prof. Bogdan Ciszek, who discuss the contemporary view of the anal and rectal anatomy. Personally, I thought I knew everything about the sphincter anatomy, but the paper authored by my colleagues
