Dear Readers,

The beginning of 2018 has marked a major transition for “Progress in Medicine”, with the journal evolving from a monthly to a bimonthly, and changes on the Editorial Board. The previous Editor in Chief, Professor Ryszard Brzozowski, MD, PhD, has now become its Honorary Editor in Chief, and the Medical University of Bialystok has replaced the Medical Centre of Postgraduate Education in Warsaw as the journal’s contents partner.
