Streszczenie
The author presented an actual division of GSI causes. He pointed out anatomical causes of GSI. A scheme of differential diagnosis anatomical causes of urethral hypermobility was given. The above mentioned scheme implics method of operation. Analising varicty of causes of GSI, author warns against operation as the only way of treatment and emphasizes the necessity to of preliminary conservative treatment as a standard which should be generally accepted.
