Streszczenie
The joint degeneration disease (Osteoarthritis – OA) characterizes with the sclerosis of cartilage and the degeneration of the joint cartilage. Among the disease symptoms the dominating ones are pains of the joint, crackles, and arthritis because there are no medicaments functioning casually, the methods of treatment OA includes relieving. In the cases of suffering from will remain for the rest of life that is why the purposes of therapy are more complex. Apart from obliterating the pain such purposes like maintain the productivity, stability of the family ties, active life style and to restriction dependence from the health care system. In pharmacological therapy of osteoarthritis in most cases the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are used. NSAIDs are the inhibitors of prostaglandin´s synthesis and this considered to be responsible of the analgesic acting and side effects.
There still remains the problem of the methods of treat the patients with moderate or strong pain during to?
Balancing between the pain and its intensity the introduction of opioids to relieve the pain, should be considered, based on the WHO analgesic ladder.
