Ocena stanu korzeni włosów w wybranych dermatozach

Streszczenie
50 patients (35 females and 15 males) have been included into the study. Their mean age was 40,66 years (range 20-67 years). The control group consisted of 10 healthy volunteers. All patients were subdivided into 4 groups according to the diagnosed diseases: 1 – systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) – 15 patients; 2 – systemic sclerosis (Ss) – 20 patients (10 lSsc, 10 dSsc), 3 – atopic dermatitis (AD) – 10 patients; 4 – mycosis fungoides (MF) – 5 patients.
The samples of hair from all the patients and the control group were taken for microscopic examination using the trichogram method. Abnormalities of the hair roots were observed in all examined groups, but the most considerable were noticed in the SLE group, the slightest in Ssc.
