Summary
Apoptosis is a kind of cell death which is essential for the normal functioning and survival of most multicellular organisms Apoptosis plays the important role in physiological processes and in pathophysiology of some of the chronic diseases including autoimmunity, cancer, lymphoma, AIDS, neurodegeneration and others. In this paper we described the futures of a programmed cell death, mechanisms leading to induction of apoptosis and the role of apoptosis in some physiological phenomena and in dermatopathology.
